as a former employee, I just want to inform the people of what goes on at o waters. lets start with the warehouse, they have illegal aliens working long hours and are very underpaid and they are treated like well u know what. They have this we are family motto going on and it just makes me sick to my stomach. Its we are family as long as your kissing *ss because if you are not they will drop you.
I worked there a little over two years and not once did i kiss anyones *ss and i know thats why they would give me a hard time. I was a driver and I busted my *ss for them. I often thought to myself, Why do i put up with this crap. but it was simple pay was good. Thats the only thing good about the company the pay. As for the sales guys, all the crap they feed the customer comes directly from frank and steve. Thats why they keep lying to this day. So im telling you if anyone wants to sign up do not sign up with the waterclub plan because they forget to tell you that its a 3 year agreement.
Your best bet is the all you can drink plan. You can actually get out of that contract whenever you want. This new challenge they have going on about if your water is purer than theirs u get 6 free months is crap because its a win win stuation for them. After the 6 months you have to stay on as a customer. I think it be fair if it was a no obligation 6 free months deal. Besides if your water is better than theirs why would u want to consume their water anyway. Im telling you they are idiots. Sales guys tend to focus on people that dont speak english because they get tricked into signing up for the 3 yr plan.
As a former driver there there wasnt one day that i didnt get a complaint from a spanish speaking person about the sales guys and the company. I speak spanish myself so i would tell them the truth about what goes on. I worked there but i never went out and told people what company I worked for there was no need i was never proud of working there i just figured id get paid u know. As for customer service there is one person there named melissa masoinet shes the head cust service rep there. She is a total b*tch. I know alot of you people know who im talking about. A lot of the drivers feel the same way I do they just wont say anything there was a time that we were going to strike A letter by a certain driver was written to frank and steve and their errand boy robin parke about our dislikes of the company and only then did they change some things.
They laughed the letter off at the time but soon after the changes came. They werent big changes but at least it made our job a little more enjoyable at the time. Ill stop for the moment but I have alot more where that came from. and before u think im just another disgruntled former employee i am not its just time the people knew what o premium waters is all about as if you didnt know already. have a great day!
