I had a disability/accident insurance policy on my mortgage with Oakwood as the loss payee. I just filed a claim under this policy with the insurance company, who now tell me that Oakwood had stopped paying my premiums in July of 2004. I need this claim to pay my mortgage for three months since my husband is now disabled. They stole my money and now I have no mortgage insurance and Vanderbilt knows nothing about it.
