Oakwood Acceptance Corporation ripoff they are not who they say they are Greensboro North Carolina

I bought this home October of 2000. The home is a 2001. Problems with the home were from the very start. One we had a home that was not seemed together all the way and you could feel between the two pieces of (cheap-not real plywood), they came twice and couldn't fix it.

When we moved in they did a rush job, the air unit was not turned on in the back. We were supposed to get a complete walk through to help us care for the house. We had a defaulty heating system from the start, We had to turned the heat up to 80 degrees just to get it to turn on. The guy came out, which they are very small now "Shockey's Electric" be careful because he is not honest.

Came out and did some work that he made and charged me for it. Then we had floor damaged from the heating unit, because they claim the filters were clogged. We had floor damaged and clothing damage from the cheap washer and dryer they made us pay lots of money for; by the way Lowes didn't deliver it, some man a small pick up. The dryer does not work anymore. The the back door is leaking. The floor is uneven. It is especially obvious in the master bath. The mirror is peeling, a leaky shower. Cabinets peeling. The front door to get in the house OH MY GOD you can see light from the outside through the cracks and between the lock and the door knob is a piece of wood to hold it together.

WE CAN OPEN OUR DOOR IN ONE SECOND WITH A CREDIT CARD!!!!!! There was a hole in the floor from where they didn't put it together right. YOU NAME IT IT HAPPENED We have not even been in this brand new home for five your yet. I estimated to fix all the defaulty home damage would run somewhere between $5K-$10K. I contacted them in a timely manner within one year, after that and they still have done a thing. It is really sad how these mobile dealers take advantage of people.

The government needs to crack down on them severely. They really do. They should ban them altogether. Well I pray no one else is victimized. Let's spread the word.
