I have had my mortgage since 1998 with OCwen fsb I have been in foreclosure four times I have been charged thousands upon thousands of dollars in fees charged for hazard insurance when I had hazard insurance of my own every month I'm charged a propertie inspection fee of hundred dollars I need help I need, I called them I get no answers half the time I can't even understand them when speaking to this bank .... Ocwen really needs to have a class action suit against them from the people of New York.. They are totally fraudulent they charge a rape rates on interest I signed a ridiculous forbearance agreement with them more than once and I know at the end of the day I'm going to end up screwed and most likely lose my house please somebody reach out to me at (((REDACTED)))
With all the fraudulent and unnecessary charges ive been charged with this bank I could probably pay off one third of the balance of my loan

I also ended up with a very large balloon payment , just recently without notice I found out my loan was sold from ocwen to pc mortgage co. Also when I was behind I had to wire money to ocwen to Wells Fargo er al and all investors what the heck does that mean ? So chase , Wells Fargo and god knows who else is involved in ocwen!!! Sue them I want in please

Im sorry that happened to you as you can see so many of us are at there mercy or we lose our homes! i really hope that there is a federal investigation against them,and yes pain & suffering for emotional reasons should be included !! Along with all the unnessary fees they charge there nothing but theives...were probally funding the taliban !
