Complaint Review: Oncor
Oncor Oncor- Awful service, electric goes out all the time, excuse after excuse! Dallas Texas
This seems to be getting out of hand. Our electric keeps going on and off and it stays off for a long time. Oncor owns the lines in our area (Garland) and TXU is our service provider. TXU always tells us to call Oncor, which we do. The thing is, it seems like it always our neighborhood where the outage occurs and it is quite disruptive and is costing us money. We had an outage yesterday 9/9/13 at 10:25pm and it lasted until about 4:00am.
Before that, it was LESS THAN 1 MONTH AGO, on 8/14/13 and that one lasted from 12:53am until 8/16/13 at 7:30pm. So basically, I lost over $100 worth of groceries and also 2 days of pay since I work from home. This is absolutetly ridiculous!!!! I have lived all over DFW and NEVER had any power outage issues like the one I am having now!!! I think either we have bad lines (which THEY own) or they do not know what the heck they are doing in those offices. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
