I received my phone bill and noticed a $10.95 charge on my bill. I wasn't even home at the time!

I called the 1-888 number and told them about it. They couldn't explain it. Told me it was probably my computer. Gave them the phone number that appeared on my bill...couldn't identify it.

I asked to speak to a Supervisor, but no one was available. Instead, I was given another number to call,I called, and still they couldn't give me any information. The person said that they are just a carrier.....

They put a block on for free.
