One Step Realty completely disregarded our agreement to find a rent to own tenant in Ferndale. I am out of state and needed a property manager to rent our old home.
I had to hear about everything that was going on from my neighbors to the property that has since moved due to the nature of the disruptions. Police at the residence weekly, debris and trash all over the yard, the city mailed us a citation for the trash, more than 10 people living in a small home - who would agree to lease their home to this many people?
I now have over $20K worth of damages to my home. It's not habitable due to feces, urine, flooding and garbage. One Step Realty is not interested in helping owners with "peace of mind" as they advertise. I have been dealing with this mess for 6 months now and it isn't getting any better.
They put a tenant in my home that had no income. I could have done that! It's been difficult to get anywhere with this company and it's far from over.
DO NOT get into an agreement with this company.

I had the same experience with One Step Realty, Michael Anderson, Cori Guyer and Marc Early
Reading the reports in this site, I think we can stop these people. We can pool forces to get their Realtor Association License Revoked or suspended.
Once we have 5 or more people, we should have enough strength on the complain to be heard.
