Pacific Digital ripoff: Has not mailed rebate and they provided a phone number that continually has a busy signal. Irvine California

I purchased a DVD+RW drive from Office Depot on 3/29/04 and received a mail-in rebate that printed out at the register for $40. I completed all requirements of the rebate, which was to include the completed rebate form, the original Office Depot sales receipt dated between 01/14/04 and 03/31/04 and also the original UPC label cut from the product package. I met all the terms and conditions of the rebate, and also kept copies of all materials I mailed to them. I mailed the rebate on 3/30/04, and still have not received my $40 rebate check.
