Some time back, I purchased a Pacific Digital CD Rewritable, with a $40.00 rebate offer- rebates supposed to be mailed with a certain amount of time- When rebate was not forthcoming, I went to their website, www.1pdc.com, and clicked on rebate center- after entering the necessary info, I reached a screen where check was to be mailed Feb 3, 2002; this is Mar 6, 2002, and rebate not here- contacted the company, they will not even answer my emails,have threatened to prosecute them for illegal trade practices, (offering rebate just to get customer to purchase their product) they STILL refuse to answer me-
If you need a CD-RW, I would suggest that you look elsewhere, besides Pacific Digital, to purchase one-

In response to anyone having difficulties with Pacific Digital rebates, we (Pacific Digital) have had a problem with a post office box service that has prevented us from receiving mail and has even bounced mail back to sender.
