On 12/01/04 I checked my credit reports from the 3 report agencies through AnnualCreditReport.com. All 3 showed a 120+ days past due entry for $297 for Palisades Collections Inc, a company that I had never heard of. After visiting this site, I found that other people had similar entries on their credit reports. I've filed complaints with all 3 agencies and the FTC. I will be writing a letter demanding proof of this debt from Palisades. Palisades, their parent company OSI Portfolio Services, and AT&T won't get away with this.
