Palisades Collections, ripoff Can't Find An Address can't find an address

I got a collection later in the mail from a company called True Logic whom was sent the account by Palisades Collection LLC, they say the I owe AT&T wireless $ 667.33. I had a cell phone with AT&T 5yrs ago, but paid in full.

The cell phone number the company was collecting on wasnt ever a number I was assigned. The period of time they said I had the number, I had an AT &T Cell Phone (with a different number) that I kept three year pass the time frame they provided and it was paid in full.

I was told that the bill is from 4/03/01 and today is 10/1/05 and this is the 1st I have heard of this bill. The address they had on file for me is my moms address, and I have not lived there for over 6yrs, so I have no idea why they would have that address at all.

When I called True Logic I was told the they no longer have the account and that I would have to call Palisades Collection about this matter. I was given and 800 number to call a nothing more.

Both my husband and myself have called Palisades Collection and all we get is a voicemail, we have left a message, but have not got a call back. I have tried to find an address or website for Palisades Collection and can not find anything.
