I have seen several other complaints for this exact same problem.  I want it resolved now as the site states "immediate downlaod after purchase", not days from now wiht some BS excuse that they give to everyone.

I purchased a practice exam and when I got the links to download the files, they directed me to a page that cannot be accessed (and yes I was signed in to the members area). The links did not working when using any of the 3 major browsers.

This happened this morning and I tried to get help from their "24x7" support which is non-existent at this time. They tout this 24x7 support as what differentiates them from their competitors which is why I chose them but now I paid for a product I want to use ASAP and can't use it. I basically feel like they took my money and now could care less about my issue. I submitted a support request over 12 hours ago and still not one reply even acknowledging that they received my request.  So much for the touted 24x7 support. I was really pushed to use PAss4Sure by my colleagues at my job but for some foolish reason I chose Pass Guaranteed and I now I am the fool in the office with no practice test. There is absolutely no way of getting in contact with them, they got their cash and are no where to be found. I am a PISSED OFF CONSUMER and will steer anyone I know away from this rinky dink garage shop that hides from their customers.

The Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me tomorrow. What a sucker I feel like for using Pass Guaranteed and not Pass4Sure. My company paid for this and they have a relationship with Pass4Sure so I look like a complete fool for choosing this and not going with their tried an proven recommendation.  For anyone considering another vendor, PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did and go wiht this unknown that uses a lot of false marketing to incites you to buy their product.  Who needs the headaches of writing up all sorts of support requests and formal complaints when you could be studying for you exam.

The complete lack of any response at all is what makes them so terrible.  What I will guess wil happen because I saw MANY reposrts of this smae issue is that they will get me my stuff in 3 days time after the credit card charge clears and make up a BS story that the practice exams was being "updated".  I've seen a LOT of users who had the same issue and had that same lame response which contradicts their "immediate download" claim (and their 24x7 support claim).

This is what I sent in to their support this morning, I have not received ANYTHING, not even an acknowledgement of my case submission.  Their chat support doesn't exist either:

I cannot download this product that I purchased.  Whenever I clicked "download" for either file I get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error.  I just tried it again and now it says "We are sorry, but you have reached the download limit (10) for this guide."  Meanwhile I have been unsuccessful in downloading either file and have tried using Chrome, Firefox, and Internet explorer.

Once this is corrected I need my # of downloads set back to 0 from 10 please, since I have no been able to download ANY.

I really need to start using the product as I am scheduled for the exam soon.  PLEASE HELP ASAP!

I chose your product over Pass4Sure which was against what my boss wanted to do.  He has had excellent experience with Pass4Sure and was very hesitant to go with an unknown/untested company but it seemed like you have better exam questions so I chose your product against his better judgment.  PLEASE prove me right by getting this correct today.  Please stand by your product.

PLEASE DISREGARD THIS REPORT - THIS IS FROM THE INITIAL SUBMITTER of THIS REPORT.

There were power/techinical issues taking place at the time I was trying to get my product downloaded.  In less than 48 hours they resolved the issue and I am statisified with theri product.  I kindly suggest you disregard my earlier comments.
