Paws And Claws Pet Nanny Did not provide services that were paid for Leesburg Virginia

At the beginning of May, I contacted Paws and Claws Pet Nanny to come do yard doody clean-up at my home on a biweekly basis for my 3 dogs. Their policy was to prepay for the month in advance, which I did pay $39 for two cleanings in May. The first week, the company no showed and did not call. Only after a few emails and days, I got an email apologizing and that someone would be out the next week. While someone did come the next week, it was when nobody was home to let them in (and they knew we would not be home after 5 PM), but a note stipulated they would be back over the weekend. After being home all weekend and multiple calls and emails to the company, nobody showed up. I was never responded to from those calls and emails and the company never did come out to even perform one of the two cleanings that were paid for. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I had to hire another company and began requesting a refund. I have requested a refund via Paypal (how I paid), email, and phone at least 25 times since then and have not received a response or a refund. It is now nearing October and I am out $39 for services that were never performed. I want a refund.
