pch publishers clearing house sending multiple mailings, but getting none of the products ordered

Both my wife and I were getting mailings for the usual cash give aways. Along with these mailings were advertisements for products. At first we were ordering these products and recieving same. Then one day we got a phone call survey from PCH, and we answered their questions honestly. Then my wife stopped recieving mail from them. we called as she wanted to order another cookbook. She was told that she could not recieve anymore products because she had answered a question on the survey that BANNED her from recieving anymore mailings from PCH. I kept getting the mailings and was still ordering  products. Then starting in January, I wasn't recieving any of the products I was ordering. After about 3 months, I called PCH and advised them that I wasn't recieving any of the products. I asked them if they were getting my requests and the applications, and was told they had the applications but did not have any of the requests. I asked them how this could happen as the requests were glued on the form. Their answer was that maybe it "was lost in the mail". I still am getting flyers and mail saying that I'm in the running for the cash prize, but am not recieving any of the requested merchandise I have asked for. My wife's name is Cindy Quinn.

 If this is not a rip off, than what would it be called. I'm sure that the manufactures of the products they offer would be glad to know that there are people out here would like to order their products, but is being blocked(blackballed) by PCH
