I took my car to pep boys for a new wheel bearing set. It should have taken 1 day. Instead I got a TWO WEEk runaround.

No one would answer the freaking phone. And if someone did, they would transfer me in mid-sentence only to be left on hold indefineatly. Worst service anywhere.

dear Brian, I feel your pain! I have been to the same store and have been treated awfull! The young man who was looking at my car was rude and talked down to me. The man who wrote my ticket up said he was the best technician they have? (that is why my check engine light is still on) Believe me I will never go back to Pep Boys. What a waste off my hard earned money!

PEP BOYS Stuart Mast is the manager. I called Everyone in Customer Service . They Broke My car (I Believe) and won't have anything rectified. This is a libertarian state. People are Corporations. I am disabled but I need to work. I don't like to drive unless I really have to.  I need a good running car; before Pep Boys that is what it was.  Nevada Las Vegas

Pep Boys in Skokie, IL - Ray Lopez, Manager They charged me twice for a new set of tires. Once when I bought them on-line. A second time after they installed them. They said they would not release my car unless I paid them again. They also threatened to have my adult son arrested if he left with the car before I paid. Skokie IL
