Pep Boys puzzling Hendersonraleigh North Carolina

well after coming home and having a new set of tires placed on my car at pep boys. well I am shocked that i found this web site. Well i went there because well it was october last year i had two new tires placed on my car and well i felt a little vibration on the car. So i went in to have the new set put on, cost me 311.00 and when i called to ask the price of a new set when the guys checked the computer he said it would be 280.00 .

well i said well go a head and put them on. I need them i thought. well the guy that took my four new tires to the parts dept. Told a man that was going out in the shop that they had a nother set of tires to put on it was 8pm they closed at 9pm and i called a head and told them it would take me a hour to get there would that be ok. They said yes. Well i got there and like I said after the guy was told , he rudly said well I am not putting on any thing I am through for the day I am going home. So I ask the man in front of my what was the problem.

If it was one I would buy the tires and take them else where, he tried ot make excuses for him, well they have been busy. I said think of this I am a nurse I have a hour on my shift left in the ER you come in with a bleeding head wound insted of my assisting the Doc's with you when my hour is up I and the Doc's leave because we were busy????? He said you have a point so i got another man when he come out and told him after thinking on it. I wanted my keys and my tires I would go else where I explained what happened to him, again excuses, I informed him I did not want that man to touch my CAR. So he said he had someone else to do it. So I watched some of it after they got my car in asap.

Well after wards when the guy drove my car to the front he came in and ask me did I know I had three bend rims? I said what????? I knew there was a little vibration like a tire well with uneven tread. But not that. Come on I feel I peed in someones corn flakes when I commented on the rudness of the employee plus coming in at 8pm and well They gave me my just deserts. Well it is like this most companies will call you out in the shop and show you what is wrong with the car and ask you well if they can do anything else or at least let you see , and since this car I have paid over 23,000.00 for and well it is a 2000 model you would think the man would have shown me, being a female I guess he thinks I was blind or something.

I told him I was married to a Ace mechanic for over six years and know a car inside and out. He said no more and went inside. What do I need to do , I know I hit a pot hole a few nights ago but to bend three rims???????? Nooooo way.
