Petrie Auto Sales Last place I'll ever let anyone go to but a car Fort Worth Texas

 So my ex wife is in need of a car. I agreed to assist in the buying process. Her credit isn't good, she has her own business so proving income was going to be challenging. Petrie said they didn't care about that as long as she had a down payment. She gave them $1000. This was on a Saturday at 5:30. I told the salesman Lee that the battery needed to be replaced. Lee said they would take care of that when she brings it back for an oil change because it's past 5:00 and the mechanic is gone. I asked that all the fluids be replaced since it was a 4x4 Jeep with over 100k miles. All fluids include, ALL ******* FLUIDS, oil, coolant, front/rear differential, transfer case fluid, ALL FLUIDS. Pretty simple, just ask your mechanic next time. Bottom line is, we were assured it was going to be done. Mind you this was Saturday. Sunday is our sons birthday party at Mountasia in NRH. After my sons haircut, the Jeep won't start. With no time to waste, I walked to Walmart and got jumper cables. The cables were useless so we got an Uber real quick to my car. When we get back to the Jeep, it starts right up. I was heading to Europe the next day, Monday. I didn't want my kids to be without a car while I was gone so I went ahead and bought and installed a new battery for her. Considering Petrie was closed Sunday, she began the tedious task of getting ahold of her salesperson to report the problem.... Message after message, no returned call. She stops by several times, coincidentally, Lee was off every one of those days. 3 weeks later when she gets ahold of him, he asks why she hadn't called about it already. (Don't you love it when people act stupid?) They agreed that the car would be brought in and looked at. The next day, for some reason I take that ***** Jeep to the store for 2 things, I'm stranded with my daughter. NOW I'M PISSED. Not so much because I got stranded but because I was with my little girl. Anyway, the ex shows up in my car, we get the Jeep towed to Petrie. It sits there 5 days before the "mechanic" replaces the starter relay. She's without a car this whole time because they're too busy to 5 minutes and replace a relay, but they sure as **** expect their payment still. I drop her off when she received notice that it was ready. So a month has passed and she didn't pay her insurance. They let her pick up the Jeep only to repo it from her brothers house 30 minutes later. So how badly do they want to keep their customers in their car???? That insurance bs is Petries way of getting another $350. When she calls Petrie to ask if they took her car, the condescending ******* **** in the office replies, "Uh hum" (If she were to ask me if she needed to lose serious weight, I'd reply, "Uh hum!") So the brand new starter relay left her stranded in Denton a week later. I go to get her, try to start it like I did outside the barber shop the day after she got it, and it starts right up. Starter relay??? How about ignition switch you stupid shade tree mechanic. But that's what you'd expect from a shade tree dealer.
