PETSMART AKA LOSERS harassment, discrimination and racist kkk conduct Richmond Virginia

The only black employee that was fired from my store while I there was fired because he was repeatably rude to customers.  There were literally about a dozen complaints before our store manager did anything.
But if you are being legitimately discriminated against, you must go either above their heads in HR or a lawyer.  But you must have substantiating evidence and think about your actions.  Do you get along with other employees?  Do you provide good customer service?  Do you follow the direction of your superiors when told to do something you were hired for?  If you don't do these things then maybe your hours are being cut for a reason.  If you are, then bring it up with the people who can help you.  No matter how racist someone is, PetSmart, and every other employer, is required by law to treat people according to their merit and abilities, not their race.
In other words, don't complain here, unless you are already doing something to help your situation.

Maybe these people were fired for legitimate reasons. Management isn't going to advertise why someone got let go.

I currently work for petsmart and i can tell you for a fact they treat there employees like crap black and white but especialy the black employees they def dont like black people i was even told by a member of management what can you do about it you guys are all stuck here theres no jobs anywhere else so youll just have to deal with it when ever hours are cut the black employees are the first on the choping block to get there hours cut down to less then nothing i work in the grooming salon as a groomer i can tell you first hand they dont care about the animals or the employees all its about is add ons add ons add ons and how many dogs you take aday we have people whos dogs are listed as not a good fit to be groomed because they have attaked people and dogs yet management will still let them come so they can make money you have managers that steal commision and tell you to lie to customers about services as long as ive worked at the store ive never been offered a chance for advancement 3 years and still doing the same job and if there are black employees working there you better believe there looking for ways to fire us i even over heard them in a meeting talking about ways to fire one of the employees or get him to quit people think that woking with animals would be a nice dream job it would be if we didnt have the idots that we do in managment and running the company bottom line this is a rotton place to work

After reading this report I realized that its true! I was with the company for over 5 yrs and only saw 3 black employees and all of them were fired for something. Huh...I guess if they hire a person of a different race for a few days it satisfies the EOE.
