Upset with Vito Spatafora!!!

I bought a policy from him. He told me the doctor visits would be a $25.00 co-payment. It turns out that it is a discount plan. He told me this was a major medical policy.

Vito told me the best part about the policy is that I would be getting him. Well he is a con artist that is not to be trusted. I found his picture on a social network site.

I would not want a guy that looks like this handling my health insurance needs.
