Premier Benefits ripoff Orange California

At the end of March, I got the call from telemarketer, he said he's calling from Home Depot and I was selected to get $200 Home Depot coupon.

To get this coupon, I need to pay $3.95(they gonna with draw my check account). They also told me try other promotion in their company, such like movie pass, call card...etc. If I don't like it, then I can cancel it with in 30 days. Otherwise, they will charge me $119.
The trick parts are:

1, about 2 weeks later, I got the movie pass, I called them to cancel. I thought there was no charge. But they charged me $119 , when I saw my bank statement next month.

Then, I called them, they said: "you only asked to cancel, but you didn't ask for refund! And now it's 30 days passed, we cannot refund the money to you."
2, So far I have haven't got the $200 coupon from them. I guess that's just a camouflage!
