Premium Promotions Mike Phi;;ips,CEO Promised up to 10 times profit on 500$ mailing spot.Said "nothing to worry about,always get your principal back" Encino California

In the spring of 2013,I responded to a mailer for income opportunity.Mailing spots were being sold for 500$ and I bought one.These spots would be used for company promotions,i.e. gift cards that would be highly profitable for both the company and me.         A gentleman representing Premium Promotions and Mike Phillips(owner) said the normal profits were up to 10 times the investment.The worst that can happen is "I would just get my principle back".And I would have to wait 3 months for that.       About 3 months later,I received a letter stating,"unfortunately,promo was unsuccessful".Letter also showed contract I signed and rushed back by fax to above company.Contract stated--"if unsuccessful,co. has right to offer principle amount in coupons".      Went on internet and noticed that others said they received"worthless coupons" or had no success trying to get their principle back or even talking w/company reps via phone.      I then wrote up a long,detailed report w/all supporting documents and sent them to all major consumer agencies in California,the Consumers Protecton Financial Bureau,California Atty. General's office,and U.S. Postal general Inspector Fraud Division.       Several have wrote back,thanking me and saying "they will start a file" but have no current file on such business.A couple have not yet written back.      It seems all individuals who were "taken" should do at least what I did so these theives will have to quit doing this to others.The state agencies will then have more to act on.
