Premium Promotions Premium Promotions ripped me off of $7,000.!!! Everything is a sham, a total fraud. There is no office--only a UPS box #. You will send in your money and get nothing for it!! Don`t send them even 1 penny. They should be shut down and the people involved should be in jail. Encino California

Premium Promotions ripped me off of $7,000. !!! I did not do my due diligence. Everything about this company is a total fraud and misrepresentation. They have no office--only a UPS postal box. They promise do provide you with gift certicates which never come--and if they do, are totally worthless.
They have spent a lot of money for fancy printing. The references in their mailings are people who don`t exist. They are not approved by the Better Business Bureau. Their main guy, Michael Phillips may not even exist.
I should have known there would be a problem when they would not accept credit cards or checks. They only wanted money orders or wired money to their bank.
I am sure that there are hundred of people ripped off by this fake company. I would like to start a class action against them. If you have been ripped off by them, call me @ 646-xxx-xxxx (((REDACTED)))

To whom it may concern:
On Wednesday, October 22, 2014, my check of $7,000. from the Premium Promotions lawyer cleared my bank. Although I had a problem with Premium Promotions, my case has been totally resolved to my satisfaction. The lawyer for Premium Promotions handled my case in a very efficient, cordial, and timely manner. I do appreciate that greatly. I consider the case to be closed.
