Premium Seats USA Premium Seats USA refused to give me the tickets I ordered & paid for!! Hollywood Florida

I bought Pearl Jam Tickets from Premium Seats USA. The next day a representative named Francisco called to say my order can not be honored, because THEY made a mistake of pricing the tickets too low. Francisco also denied me their '200% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE', saying "You don't qualify for the guarantee". What!? I made this transaction in good faith, the money has already been taken out of my account... But I don't QUALIFY for the 200% money back GUARANTEE?!? I was looking forward to this show! All Francisco offered was to give my money back (well, that's a given!) & 10% off my next order! I told Francisco that I would never order from them again, in response to this he said nothing.. NOT A WORD! This company's ethics are non-existent, sad!
