Primerica used to be A.L.Williams. Great concept but flawed. I know I was a Senior Vice President the whole focus is to recruit and override your heirachy. I know buy term invest the rest. The focus is to sell term insurance but invest the rest happened less than 25 per cent of the time because the commission on a $50 per month savings was less than two dollars per month. So it is better to go recruit someone than go back and complete the job.

Nice concept bad execution. The big leaders, higher on the food chain seek big investments through new recruits, fresh flesh, sell them in house mutual funds keep the profits and explain they cannot pay them because they do not have a securities license. Meanwhile the newbies go to endless Ra Ra meetings and bring fresh flesch and they work their warm markets.

Once their market is tapped they are done but encouraged to come to the meetings and sometimes awarded with t shirts and plaques so that hopefully they may bring someone new. Meanwhile they are studying for their license. If you are unfortunate enough to get a good recruit the upline leader works with them and the newbie gets paid a paltry sum for the first three sales. You got them in but get nothing.

However someday you will ovveride them, well maybe, please remember the masters make the rules for wisemen and the fools. I met a few wise men and thousands of fools and ultimately I was the latter. As a final note I did make alot of money traveled to Hawaii, Bermuda, Bahamas, Boca,and so on but I stopped drinking the Kool Aid.
