SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Never used the privacy matters website. However according to the Privacy Matters CSR I got signed up for their service when I used a totally unrelated website. Got two months worth of billing at 19.95/m before I caught the scam. CSR refused to refund the bogus billing amount. Never signed up for Privacy Matters. Never wanted service. Don't even know what the service does.
All part of other scams being run by Adaptive Marketing. See their website.
Filed a complaint the NE AG. Will see what comes of it.
