Progressive Insurance They overcharged me and on cancellation did not refund my full money back Mayfield OH

To whom it may concern.

Subject; denial for a refund by Progressive insurance company on cancellation of the policy.

Respected sir,

                         On 7/29/2019 I buy insurance for my 2009 Toyota Camry from Progressive insurance vide policy # 931651836 for $722.00 and paid full. 

      On 07/31/2019 I added my Ford F150 truck in the same policy and paid fully the asking amount of $42.53. 

On 09/29/2019 the Progressive insurance company charged my credit card for an additional  $927.70 without my consent and for no reason. I called Progressive insurance and they replied that they have added Ayema Zahoor as an additional driver because she was living at the same address.  They have the authority to add anyone living at the same address without the consent of the policyholder and charge the amount. I protested and requested that how I can be held responsible for the insurance of the others and secondly this charge is much more than the original policy. They ignored my protest.

I asked to cancel the policy OR refund my overcharged $927.70 in full. Then on 10/05/2019 they refunded me just $254.75 without cancellation of the insurance policy and denied the balance amount. I kept on calling for the balance amount but on 10/29/2019 they canceled the policy and sent me a refund of $33.02 + $42.53 + $671.95 and denied any other refund.  The account is as follows

The policy was held for 3 months 07/29/2019 to 10/29/2019. They can charge half of the total amount. $722.00+$42.53=764.53/2=$382.26

They charged me= $722.00+42.53+$927.70 =1692.23

Amount refunded back= $254.75+$33.02+$42.53+$671.95=$1002.25

They still owe my money-- $1692.23-$1002.25-$382.26=$307.72

I also have very deep concern about the price they charged me for 6 months policy $1692.23 for a $3000 value car. It means I have to pay $3384.46 for one year against the insurance of a car with a $3000 value. 

          The progressive insurance company by overcharging me and by denying a refund of my $307.72 on cancellation of policy did an unlawful act. It may please be ordered to refund my $307.72 and legal action be taken against Progressive insurance company for overcharging, grabbing my money, and mental torture to me.
