PSE&G "Worry Guarantee".
I have PSE&G "WFG", but it turned out to be a Worry Guarantee. My burner came on with a Boom, reported to PSE&G. They referred me to the gas provided to do a gas leak check. Gas company was able to come to my house immediately and do a gas leak check and referred me back to PSE&G for service.
Well, they provided a service window between 4'O clock and mid-night! One person showed up from PSE&G at night and said, I have to leave because a gas leak is reported somewhere else! He is supposed to call me back or show up to fix my problem. Nothing happend and with my two small kids, I didn't have much choice to keep them warm. They are sick now, I am also becoming sick because of out side temperature is only 24 Degree Fahrenheit. I called customer service and requested some help. No help offered. Looks these folks just need your money. No Worry Free Guarantee, Just Worries.
With me and two kids sick, my worries are guarenteed by PSE&G

may be helpful for others. Your best option is to contact NJ BPU, the Board of Public Utilities. They aren't great, but if you have a serious problem, they will help you. You have to keep on PSE&G and on BPU, though.
I recently had a problem with PSE&G and its horrible lack of customer service, so I am continuing to follow up with my complaints. I plan to scale this up considerably over the next few months, so if you have stories to share or first- or second-hand accounts of corruption, waste, abuse, etc. at PSE&G or at BPU, please contact me and send the information so that I can take this on to the next level.
The troubles may just be beginning at PSE&G. They are now involved in loaning people money to start solar projects. Sounds like a great idea, right? Well, you can bet the only motivation for PSE&G is still called "profit motive."
I have had it with these people, and I am fighting. If you have info, or can help in some other way, please do reply. Thanks!
