Rented 4/4/2014 largest unit. Travel three hours to load truck n go home. On Jan. 31 PD for a smaller unit at 430 pm to move remaining stuff to. Loaded truck, began moving stuff to small unit about 730 pm. The spiteful, racist live on site manager the b* never took the lock off my paid for storage unit. Called customer service four times. no help. then I called police.informed customer service I had police here. against hung up on. report made. Now they wanna charge me 809.00 and threaten to action my property off. obtained legal council to which they ignore. Do not rent space here.
