I ordered a 1:24 Dale Earnhardt jr.MLB diecast car on July 16,2007. They took the money out of my credit card immediatley. After repeated emails and promises I contacted my Discover Card. They have refunded me my money and are now investigating the company. One of
the most inane emails was "We have found one of the diecast you ordered. We had one left and are saving it for you. We would like to send this out to you immediately. Please let us know if we can ship this to you." This was dated May 27,2008. Of course ship it-I already paid for it. Anyway, they will never see my money again.

They found the diecast.

I received an email "We found the diecast and it had your name on it.
We don't understand why this has taken so long. The charge back was a good way to remind us." I have received the diecast. I only pity
the consumer who might have sent them a check. I have asked to be
taken off their email list. I will never deal with them again.

Race-Depot found the diecast I ordered. I received it on 8/2/08.
Comments on line " Can't understand why this has taken so long. The car had your name on it. The charge-back was a way to get our
