Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando Ft. Lauderdale Vacations double ripoff- I bought two Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I not only fell for it for one package I bought two, they charged my credit card $1396. Plus, they say I owe another $1396 to go on this rip off. I want my money back, my husband and I have struggle our whole life to give our children a good education, and they wanted to go on a family cruise when they graduated, one from high school one from college and they wanted to each bring a friend, so they said I need two packages. They graduated last May and I have no gift for them.

I sent both packages back, registered mail, after my husband yelled alot and it caused alot of marriage problems, they mailed them back to me and told me I could not have a refund, they promissed me food vochers, travel vochers, which I didn't receive from them, I tried to get them to take one package and let just my husband and I go on the cruise, which would be already paid for, but they will not let me do that either. The lady I talked to was not only rude she had a foul mouth. After reading about this rip offI would not spend one of the two weeks a year I get off on this cruise and I want to know if I can take these people to court, because I will if I can!
