Rapid Cable Will not send me a refund due me. I have been waiting on a refund from this co. since April 12 this yr. I have called them several times and all they say is it should be here any day. I ask to speak to the office manager and they refused. ripoff Arp Texas

A few days after I mailed in my bill I decided to go with Dish Newwork because their service was so poor and they charged too much anyway. So I called to be disconnected and mentioned a refund would be due me. They said it would take 4-6 wks. This was April 12 and now it is July 23 and still no refund check.

I called several times and ask to speak to the office mgr. For some reason they did not want to do that.

Finally I ask for the phone # of their home office, they gave me a number that was not their #. However the person at that number told me he got a lot of calls for Rapid Cable.

Then I called information, in Denver CO. that is where they say their home office is located.

Got a number and when I called it was disconnected.

These people owe me money, I am on a fixed income and $40 means a lot to me.
