Raw Hair Factory Raw Hair Factory Poor Customer Service & Wrong Item Sent to me Noblesville Indiana

Please do not trust this company with your money at all. First of all, it took my product more than two weeks to arrive. Secondly, they were very rude to me and unprofessional. Thirdly, I was sent the wrong product and seems that they didn't believe me after I had sent in pictures of the product. So someone finally got back to me after a month from the purchase date of the product and they asked for more pictures. I sent in more pictures and they finally commented stating "We will provide you a shipping label to return and exchange the hair.

We will inspect the order and email you with your new tracking number." After receiving that message, it took them more than a week to send me a new label on which was March 20th. I still haven't heard anything from these people. It is now March 29th and my return package is still at the post office and I am not out of money and a product that I bought over a month. Mind you I placed my order on February 17, 2018 Please do not use this vendor!!! Their customer service is absolutely horrible and they do not care about their clients at all.

Their policy states that the will get back to you in 24-48 hours of contacting them and that is absolutely false. I really tried to be patient with these people and give them the benefit of the doubt. But simply ignoring someone that has spent $191.00 with your company is gross disrespect. Please beware!!! A headache from the beginning!!
