My laptop went on the fritz the other nite and I got a black screen and a virus warning came up. I immediately shut down my computer.  The next day I went in to run my antivirus to find out that I couldn't access anything because my passwords were not working.  I then realized that they weren't working because the letters j & I on my keyboard weren't working.  I then went to another computer in my home and accessed my bank account on line----I checked my pending transactions and there was a transaction for REALSOFTGOLD for $99.85!!!!  

 I have NO IDEA what this is for!!!  I called my bank immediately and filed a dispute & CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT!!!  WTH!!!!
