Receivables Performance Management Collection Agency Harrassment Bothell Washington

RPM continually contacts me by telephone looking for a Mr. Hicks (or Hix, or whatever spelling). I constantly tell them I am not him, do not know him or anything about him, and have never heard of him except from RPM. I tell them I have had my current phone number for over a year, that their records are out of date, and to please delete the number from those records, as while I may get a new number in the future, I am certain it will never again be assigned to Mr. Hicks! They always say they will delete the number and the harrassing calls will stop within 24 hours, but they LIE! They call again a week or two later! I've called them back and requested removal of the number, and they SAY they will, but it never works! I am not the person they are searching for, and they need to leave me alone. When my phone rings I expect it to be a friend or family member or my work, not someone looking erroneously for someone else who owes someone money who isn't me!
