Remedy Law Associates sent me a notice informing me that I am qualified for a mortgage modification that will reduce my mortgage balance and lower my interest rate. Remedy Law charged me over $3k in 2012 to process the papers. It is one year later and they have done ablsoutely nothing... Mortgage company denied application. Their conduct is unprofessional, customer service and communication is poor, and management will not return calls or answer emails. Something must be done to stop this company from hurting already hurt people.
