I paid this company $2000.00 to get me out of my timeshare. I spoke to Patty anthony in March 2014 on the phone and explained to her that my dues for my timeshare were do on April 1st and she replied then lets get this going. Our conversation was supposed to be recorded but when i asked about that they told me they cant record everything.

The contract they have is very confusing and misleading. I went over everything with them on the phone with them knowing that my dues were not paid in full for this year. After signing the contract and talking on the phone with a few different people they contacted me and stated they could not get me out of the timeshare until my fee's were up to date for this year. I explained to them about my conversation with Patty on the phone and advised them to check the phone recording and they refused to do that because I signed the contract. The contract is very misleading and very confusing as stated by other complaints listed on rip off report and the BBB.

I called my credit card company to dispute the charge because the company did not do what they said they would do. I submitted the contract and many other complaints about resort holdings / resort bail out to the chase customer service. After a few months of reviewing this information. Chase told me that they cant help me because i signed the contract.

After speaking with Chase Bank I called resort holdings 4 times and left 4 messages with no return phone calls. I called another time and somone answered the phone and I explained the short version of this and he stated hold on I will put on one of the owners and to no surprise I went to voice mail. This is bad Business. I called  again now totaling 6 phone calls and left another message, but this time I got a return phone call that went to my voice mail that said my file says that they can not talk to me its between the banks. I called back and left him a message now totaling 7 calls but never heard back from the company again.

They are NO GOOD / STAY AWAY !!!!!!

so now they have my $2000.00 and did nothing for me. Theives
