Resort Holdings - Sarah Davis Did not complete transfer of property - will not return calls East Hartford Connecticut

I contracted with Resort Holdings to transfer my timeshare in Florida
My maintenance obligations are current and the timeshare is owned directly by me
I paid fees for contract on April 14th.  As of July 02 we were waiting on the Right of First Refusal
from my resort.

After contacting my resort around July 23rd and found that no document was needed for the
transfer to complete I contacted Sarah Davis.  She heard that there was nothing needed from
the resort.  After 2 weeks I contacted Sarah again and she said she needed an address to
send info to my resort.  I got the info and emailed to Sarah.

The following week I called again - no answer.  Left message no call back.
I continued to call for about two weeks with no return calls.
Finally went to the BBB in Connecticut and open complaint as I still did not hear from Resort Holdings.

After a week I tried calling and finally got Sarah directly.  Sarah said she had filed the transfer with the
county my timeshare is in.  But had not gotten response.

It has been a week since I talked to Sarah and today I called for status.  The phone system has changed,
no more menu and there is just a leave message.  

We were 1 step away from the transfer completing and now there is no response at all from Resort Holdings.
