This is a HORRIBLE company to deal with. They are a very dishonest company. I had used their services to write a "free" resume, which is nothing close to free. You think you are building a free resume until you go to print it out or download it. Only then are you advised of a charge to do this. They billed my credit card $1.95. (which I understood) I printed out my resume, signed in a week later to close the account and never heard from them again until I noticed they billed my credit card $39.95.
I immediately contacted the company to get this charge reversed to no avail. The company told me I did not cancel within the 14 day period, which I did (12.7.14) and they have a very strict policy about giving back refunds.

They told me I was accountable for all charges and denied my multiple requests for a refund.

What was ironic was when I logged back into Resume Genius before I contacted them about this charge, it showed I cancelled my "membership" well within the 14 day period (posted cancellation date of 12.9.14), however, once I disputed the charged, the post that was previously there showing the cancellation date of the 9th had been removed, and showed a different cancellation date of 12-23-14 which was well beyond the 14 day trial. They had no explanation for this, nor did they even address it when I brought it up to them.

I've noticed since this has happened, I am not the only one who has been defrauded by this company.

I will also be filing a complaint through the Attorney Generals Office in Delaware, and with my credit card company to dispute these charges.
