I signed up for a one time use for their online resume building services back in 2013. I cancelled immediately after. They have been charging my account 29.95 every month since. I called to get it removed. They cancelled but only offered to credit two months worth of charg. When I told them that I was disputing the charges with my cardholder they threatened to report me to a collections agency
