I am paying $54.99 a month plus $9.00 a month for a phone rental fee with a 2 year contract agreement. I learned they offer the same $54.99 a month Office Phone Premium Plan with 1 ueser 2 year agreement for $47.97 and I pay $54.99 a month. This is regular price plus I am given a $7 promotional pricing offer and when I called about the billing issue they refuesed to honor the same plan 2 year 1 user Premium Plan that is advertised for $47.97 a month and my $7.00 promotional offer plus the $9.00 phone rental price.

I was offered by Megapath.com the same services for $19.99 a month plus free phone and add a fax line for $13.99 a month. I tried to get out of my contract with Ring Central and the lady argued with me telling me it would cost me $1000+ for early termination and my contract agreement is $279 for termination. They cramed me into thier office plan by a bait and switch advertising. I am so done now I found out another business is using the same service same plan as I have for less money per month with a 1 User 2 year agreement and he got his phone for free. What a rip off. The $7 promo on my account was for auto bill pay. I want my bill to be the $47.97 a month minus $7 for auto bill pay ($40.97) Plus the $9 a month for the phone service.
