Tell them to get lost

AUTHOR: Kevin - (U.S.A.)

First, ask them to validate the debt.. However, do not do this over the phone.. Send them a letter requesting validation of the debt. Do not sign the letter.. Just type your name... They are required to validate the debt under fair debt collection practices act, if you request such validation...

DO NOT AT ANY TIME ADMIT LIABILITY for the debt...

If the number was not yours at the time, then do not worry about it..

Furthermore, check on the statute of limitations... Be ready.. This company is very crooked...
