SPRINT PCS RIPOFF, SCANDALOUS, MONEY GRUBBERS, SCAMMERS OKLAHOMA CITY Oklahoma

Me and my husband starting working for the Sprint PCS call center in OKC on March 3. It sounded like an awesome job because we got paid $3 more per hour than we were making at our old job and also getting commission. Plus the place was really nice and everyone seemed friendly. Boy, could we ever be more wrong.

First, our trainer was a royal b***h. There was this one girl who had a little trouble grasping the whole training, maybe because the trainer couldn't tell her head from her a*s. When we had our evaluations at the end of training, she told the girl that she didn't seem to be trying to learn and maybe she should just look for a new job. The poor thing ended up crying and not coming back the next day.

Then we started taking calls. They did not want us to give credit for ANYTHING! They said, just give courtesy minutes. Customers won't mind! The director of our center even admitted that Sprint doesn't give good customer service, which was really sad, but I was really optimtic because we could earn a lot of money.

So, we started selling the phones and the packages that would get our commission. I made about $700 and my husband made about $1000 in commission, but the company only paid us $300 and $600. They came up with some bullshit excuse for why we didn't get the full commission, but I didn't care, I was fed up.

We quit that job yesterday. We're both not working right now, but at least were happy. That job had the worst attitude about everything and didn't give a d**n about the customers. Even the supervisors would try to talk us out giving them sup calls because they didn't want to handle them.

Please do not go to this company. I've been with Cingular for about 3 years and they're a great company for customer service, at least I think so. I hope you don't get scammed by them in the future.
