There are some comments I need to make regarding Atty. Robert Lock. Some background is in order: If we are to get us out of the hammerlock that Atty. Lock is holding us in, then we must be guided by a healthy and progressive ideology, not by the gutless and vulgar ideologies that Atty. Lock promotes. His argument that we can all live together happily without laws, like the members of some 1960s-style dope-smoking commune, is hopelessly flawed and absolutely circuitous. Atty. Lock is differentiated from your average pertinacious degenerate by virtue of the fact that he wants to shock and stampede the public into accepting total fascist tyranny.

Atty. Lock labels everything that conflicts with his established way of thinking as inerudite propaganda. (Note the heroic restraint stopping me from saying that Atty. Lock's power-hungry editorials are fraught with the gravest consequences.) When I first became aware of his covert invasion into our thought processes, all I could think was how his subordinates have tried repeatedly to assure me that he will eventually tire of his plan to stonewall on issues in which taxpayers see a vital public interest and will then step aside and let us strengthen our roots so we can weather the storms that threaten our foundation. When that will happen is unclearprobably sometime between "don't hold your breath" and "beware of flying pigs". For those of you out there who don't know what I'm talking about, let me give you a quick explanation: Atty. Lock is utterly mistaken if he believes that 75 million years ago, a galactic tyrant named Xenu solved the overpopulation problem of his 76-planet federation by transporting the excess people to Earth, chaining them to volcanoes, and dropping H-bombs on them.

Cronyism has its stronghold among treasonous grafters. But let's not lose sight of the larger, more important issue here: Atty. Lock's prissy remarks. Atty. Lock's surrogates resist seeing that Atty. Lock's causeries are a mockery of all that is fair and equitable. They resist seeing such things because to see them, to examine them, to think about them and draw conclusions from them is to carry out the famous French admonition, crasez l'infme!, against Atty. Lock's equivocations. Atty. Lock insists that he is the most recent incarnation of the Buddha. In the long run, however, he's only fooling himself. Atty. Lock would be better off if he just admitted to himself that he may be reasonably cunning with words. However, he is totally high-handed with everything else. Now that I've told you what I think, let me end this letter by stating that I fully intend to attack Atty. Robert Lock's malice and hypocrisy. Let Atty. Lock tremble. And though the heavens fall, let there be justice.

I have no idea whether or not he said/she said ever took place between all of these guys but what I do know is that I have been a client of CCDN since July of 2006. When I started into the process, that was the step..........cease & desist letters. So maybe they "improved" their process since then? I believe Tracey Webster snidely stated that in an email. Taking calls are now the process.

Whatever the process is now, I am still in this nightmare and it HAS NOT WORKED, although I have been led to believe it is working. Almost three years? Ya think the outcome seems promising?

Now you can read all of the hooplah and believe that this will work for you, but I don't recommend it. You can continue to read Paul Cohen's comments & CCDN's representatives rebuttals...what a bunch of garble.

The fact remains that I have paid alot of money for this program and CCDN has continued to make false and misleading statements all the way through the whole ordeal. Unless you enjoy court dates & want wage & tax garnishments/judgments/property leins & your bank accounts frozen..........find another alternative.

You haven't read too much FROM victims because they are victims. Rape victims don't often speak out publically either! Think about it, how confortable are you discussing your financial situation with others? Save yourself the grief, don't sign with these people. Honestly, bankruptcy would have been less stressfull!
