Rooms to go They don't inform you that they have a 20% restocking fee,A $50 delivery charge even on an exchange item and a no refund policy in very faded small type on the back of the contract! Ft. Myers,, Florida

Attention! Before you buy anything at "Rooms To Go " There are several things you should be aware...Every item requires a delivery & set-up charge. On my Sofa,Recliner & Dinette set I paid $159.97 (This must be paid up front with cash and cannot be charged, In my case the recliner was not satisfactory,very uncomfortable and color clashed with the sofa..I asked the delivery men to take it back and they said it was against store policy! I called and talked to the Manager and he informed me that there would be a 20% restocking fee Plus a $50.00 pickup fee (total $107.00) to return the recliner.Furtermore Rooms to go will not let you pick up your furniture nor will they let you return it.I was told by the Manager that I should have read the fine print on the back of the contract! Two guesses why they put this on the back of the contract which is faded and very small print. They do not refund...you must reselect and you have to pay an agdditional $50 deivery charge plus tax and it must be paid cash up front! I will no longer purchase anything from Rooms to Go and would advise anyone to do likewise!
