Ryder Truck Rental ripoff false promises Albuquerque New Mexico

I called to reserve a rental truck two weeks before I was to move I was to pick up the truck March 9th 2002 before noon at 3700 Morris N.E. Albuquerque N.M. phone # 505 293-2146 I was there at 10:00am no one was there i called the 800 # and they said they shut that one down and told me to go home and wait for them to call me to find another truck I did and no one called I called them all weekend and nothing well the person that flew down from Akron Oh. came in and found out we had no truck to drive and he had to be back at work on wed.

so he flew back we had no one to drive the truck. I Called Monday amd they didn't even know what I was talking about after 3 phone calls they finnaly found my reservation said they would call back they finnaly did but with a 24 Ft. truck which all I need was a 15 ft. an no experiance in drive a truck an now I needed a tow dolly more money by time I walked out they said they would give me a fifty dollar dedution and I would have to file a complaint when I got to Akron with 1369 Copley Rd. Akron Ohio Phone #330 836 4072. Well he said I would have to call the Co. to do that.

I called the co. they said someone would call me well no one did I called today and first they had no record of me then they did and said I got 50.00 for my trouble already I explained to them the whole ugly mess and how much more they cost me and they had me on hold again came back and said they could give me 3.00 back I just said I will file a complaint, they saaid they were not responceable for the time we get the truck.

Well I told her why then are we to lose 100.00 if we don't call them before two days to change are mind on the rental. Couldngivme and answer just thats the way they were there I ended up paying for more than I even exepected tow dolley time gas on abiger truck lost wages flying someone down and no truck taking an big chance in driving a 24ft truck and towing a car to.
I see no fairness on this and how I was treated why couldn't have just called me and tell that one co. was gone and why did they send me to that one anyways?????????
