I came across this online retail website of Safe National America and I got entirely hooked by their great deal on Mac books. It was $500 Off, I did not hesitate to make the purchase. By then I was making negotiations with the company, discussing stuffs about the shipping and the payment. Three days later, when the product was supposed to be delivered, I was notified that it had been sold out and that they are waiting for the stocks to be replenished that would mean it had to take 6 more days. I was pissed of because they werent very upfront to tell me that I had to wait for six days. Who are they fooling? I got the Mac book but they technically kept me waiting.

Mac Book Delivery Issue

Per the customers complaint, (s)he was told to expect delivery within three-days.There was, admittedly a delay in the shipping of the Mac Book computer due to overwhelming response to the great deal offered on the product.The response in relation to the sale price of this item did result in a delay of several days in the delivery of the product.The customer states that the item was received in six-days.While the delay of three-days was unfortunate, Safe National had no way to predict the huge response to the sale of the Mac Books.We apologize for the three-day delay in shipping the product.We will take steps to ensure that we have sufficient numbers of sale items in the future.Thank you for your feedback in relation to this issue.
