SageStream LLC Credit reporting agency (never heard of) gave me a 400 credit score. All 3 others are 780 or more San Diego CA

Applied for car loan with Ally Bank. Was denied with a 400 credit rating from SageStream. All credit scores are above 780 with other credit agencies. Bank of America financed us for car loan with low interest without a problem.

Sage Stream said I had to many delinquencies (I have none) Limited history at one address and phone ( same address and phone for 24 years). Is this company out to damage hard earned credit?
