Sagestream, llc Said I was dead. an obvious mistake San Diego California

Applied for a credit card with Overstock.com, they use Comenity Capital Bank, which uses Sagestream, LLC.  Sagestream says I am deceased.  I am very much alive, thank you very much.  I have reported this on Yelp, and with the Consumer financial protection agencies.  

Also, when you try to go to their website I couldn't get through.  

Sloppy work, terrible fact checking, poor oversight policies, lousy quality control.

yelp them, google review them whatever but they are scam artists as evidenced by all the complaints.  And, they don't have a telephone number to call!
