Sallie Mae Fraudulent-Refused to Post a Substantial Amount of Money to my Account Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania

 When I graudated from graduate school, I owed approximately $50,000.  Unfortunately, I became financially destititute within months.  I have never earned enough income to pay what this company asks.  When I do send payments, they deny receiving them, and it takes almost 30 minutes of shouting and screaming on my part to get them to admit that payments were posted.

They adamently refuse to work with me.  I learned that my payments could be reduced to $384.00 per month, based on my low income.  They are expecting me to pay $2000.00 per month and I don't even take home a paycheck for this amount.  I recently sent them $3200.00 and they refused to acknowledge this.

Someone needs to investigate this organization.  They refuse to take into account that this era in time is stressful to individuals who are not fortunate enough to earn a six figure salary.  What little money I do have left after paying rent and health costs is used to purchase groceries.  If I do not pay rent, I become homeless and will lose my job.

When you apply for deferments, they give you the impression they are not adding increased costs to your account, so when the forebearance is concluded, you can wind up owing a million dollars.

How in the world can an individual who doesn't earn an adequate income afford to pay back what they are asking.

They are a very fraudulent, cartel type organization, and someone needs to investigate them to determine how they have the authority and the unmitigated gall to treat poor disadvantaged people in the manner they treat them.

I honestly do not know how these people sleep at night.  They employ people from India and Mexico and penalize the Americans who do not speak Spanish.

I doubt very seriously that the money they do receive is going to students accounts.  I surmise it is being utilized fraudulently.  That is the rationale for their persecution of people who are trying their best to find honest mechanisms of getting their loans paid.
