All my "coaches" were only interested in selling me an additional $700 in advertising and stated I needed to to succeed. They were not interested in coaching me in any other manner to promote my website as promised. They were rude and condesending when I told them I could not pay this additional money. I already spent $500 on the site and wasn't told in the sales pitch I needed to spend more

I spent $500 to set up a website I could promote with items for sale through this company. I was told I would receive personal coaching. When the "coaches" contacted me they told me I would need to spend an additional $700 in advertising through them to be successful. They encouraged me to put this on a credit card. When I told them I could not do this they were not interested in coaching me and were rude and condescending. They treat you like you are ignorant and they have done nothing wrong. Your success with this is supposedly guaranteed but I have requested a refund and probably will never get it.

This is completly insane

First off this lady is completely off her rocker, she must have short term memory loss, as at first all she did was cuss scream and holler, and when she realized that that was not going to get her anywhere she decided to change her tune. to be honest about I was never interested in as to why she was not waiting till the end of the year.

We actually sent one check already, she waited 3 weeks to call and say she did not get it, we then put a trace on it as why would we just send another check without knowing if she cashed it, that would be stupid on our part. Our company accountant emailed this member to let her know we will issue another one as of 11/21/08, all this lady does is call in and say I'm going to go home and get ripoffreport.com again, I hate to be the one to inform you mam, but I am not scared of this web site, you may post as many false reports as you like. You stated "and of course I can not speak to Dan." (Well how could you if he does not work here?, that might be difficult right?)

As far as the only cuss word you used was D?, we both know your not serious, I'm so glad I recorded the conversation. Trust me I will be so glad when your check does arrive to you, so you can find someone else to call as, our staff is tired of listening to your vulgar language, and threats. Hopefully this is Good Bye.

I see this "manager" has cleaned up her grammer and spelling. I did send proof of marketing on August 23 and followed it up with 2 phone calls. One was a call in which I left a message that if the fax was not received to please call me. In the other call I spoke to Dan and was told I would receive my refund. When this woman called me she implied none of that ever happened and wanted to know why I expected a refund now-instead of at the end of the year. I had to tell her MY year end with this company was up and per the agreement I was demanding my refund. After I faxed the information again she told me the refund was in progress. Well it will be 4 weeks tomorrow and NADA. If it ever comes I will send another update. Of course I can't talk to Dan anymore. As far as my profanity I think I used the D word once.

Refused To Terms of agreement

AUTHOR: Monique - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, October 17, 2008

Spoke to member today as she left a message to make another report of rip off report, which is fine she may make all the false reports she like.

Per her agreement she made with DH, she has already received a portion of her refund and is not allowed to receive the other half until she provides proof of marketing, which she is fully aware of, after refusing as well as tactics such as hanging up continuously in my face as well as her Bi-Polar screaming and profanity, she agreed to certify mail them.

It is very complicated to talk to someone who acts like that, yes; I am the first to agree with the fact of working with the consumers, but no one has to be treated in the manner that this member assumes she has the right to do.

As soon as we receive the documents requested in the agreement we will be more than willing to hold up to our part.

Good luck to you in life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Response to employee rebuttal

In response to the employee who says I am not business savy. First of all you need to go back to elementary school and learn grammer, how to spell, and how to use puncuation. Obviously this is a scam so at least you did not get any more money out of me. I was savy enough to figure it out when the "coach" had a fit when I would not pay more money. Also you may be done with me but I am not done with you. I spoke with Dan who said I would get my refund. I called and checked on it again today.

Confused

AUTHOR: Monique - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 14, 2008

We are familer with this member, unfortunantly she was not happy with her coach, we actually changed her coach and she still was not happy, she had a tendecy to hang up on anyone who called, which made it very difficult to help her with her issues. I am very surprised to see that she has not retracted her complaint as it is false considering she was granted a "Good Will Refund" back in March of 2008. Unfortunantly we have members who just are not business savey, it is not there fault nor is it ours, one thing NEL that you should keep in mind, you will only get out of your business what you put in, I wish running a business would be as easy as opening the doors going home sitting on the couch and watching soaps all day, mean while your business would run it self. And then we join the real world, running a business is real work, in order to be sucessfull you must work at especially for the first year, the sad thing is that most people aren't willing to give them self a shot. If this member would have listened to there coach, all they were trying to explain is there is a option for us to do the marketing, that option is used for people who do not want to bother with trying to figure out how to market there business, we also provide the tools to market the business your self to every member, we break the program down in such a easy concept, that its only 2 reasons a member is not more proactive in there business, ethier they just cant comprehend it or they just dont care. ither way this member got what she wanted and as far as we are concerned this matter is resolved.

Best Regards

I received a call from a new manager named Dan and we discussed how I felt about this company. I told him I did not trust the company enough to want to continue as a member and felt they had misrepresented what I was to get for my membership. As an act of good will he offered to refund $200.00 of my fee if I would agree to finish out the year with them. I agreed to do this. I have not received this money and it has been almost 2 months. I just called the company and was told he was out of the office. The woman who took the message said she would have him call me- but I had to say "well don't you need my phone number?" She did not ask me to repeat my name and no one knows how to pronounce it or spell it unless I spell it for them. We'll see but I have my doubts if anyone will return my call.
